Our quality assurance department is an
independent of other units, where the quality analysts prepare
inspection procedures prior to production process till the execution
of finished gamut. Each of the Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters,
Burners and others are inspected by quality
inspectors who make sure that the quality and durability of the
international standard code is followed in construction of each unit.
They are also duty-bound to upgrade
quality of the products and make sure that the inspections are
carried out strictly in compliance with the relevant quality plan and
industry norms. It is also their responsible to inspect all incoming
and outgoing products, material and their approval, disapproval based
on the standard and specifications. Furthermore, our range of
equipment is checked on following parameters in order to offer
flawless solutions to our clients:

Infrastructure Set Up
To fulfill the industry demand easily
and successfully, we have set up a robust infrastructural set up that
is divided into our head office, factory, service center and several
more departments. These departments are important to operate our
business operations without any interruption.
Our head office is centrally located at
Andheri, where all the marketing, finance and administration
activities are carried out. It is equipped with computers, and is
facilitated with fax, e-mail Id that ensure clients' requirements
within stipulated time frame. Also, we have a factory, located at
Asangaon (Shahpur) on Mumbai-Nashik Highway that is well enough for
smooth streamlined manufacturing activities. This unit is equipped
with all requisite machinery in order to support production of
quality equipment. Apart from these, we also have a service center
that is centrally located at Safed Pool Andheri-Kurla Road, Near
Sakinaka, Andheri (East). This unit is capable of to meeting pre &
post dispatch requirement like guidance on installation, erection and
commissioning of our equipments and after sale services on all the
equipments.
